Roll Call – Vincent Bellino, delayed (Never appeared), Sue Naples, excused.  All others present.

Resolutions #3 -  Borough to purchase property at waterfront park along with receiving a donation of some property.  Total cost of purchase $1,000,500.00.  75% of funding of purchase from a grand and 25% from a 30 year no interest loan.

Under Committee reports councilman DiMascio reported that 21 generators were received via a grant which can be used to pump out flooded basement.
