Our sole mission is to mobilize and represent the Carteret Republican Party membership in issues of local importance including fielding candidates, raising funds, increasing registration and voter turnout, and reaching out to key related groups. Simultaneously, we must also be able to cultivate support and turnout, within the Borough of Carteret, for its Presidential, County and statewide candidates.
Our vision is to build the Carteret Republican Party into the most effective and well-respected Republican Committee in New Jersey, as measured by election victories, fundraising, and local party involvement.
The Carteret Republican Party is available to all registered Republicans, regardless of residency. Regular monthly meetings are held at the Knights of Columbus ,on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:30p.m. Our primary purpose is to promote and support the Candidates and the Principles of the Republican Party.
Our Main Focus:
- Cultivating goodwill among the members of the party by promoting the interchange of ideas and providing social activities for its members.
- Educating and informing the public about the Republican ideology.
- Registering more undeclared voters as Republicans.
- Endorsing and actively supporting the Republican candidates during the general election in the following order of priority: #1- municipal, #2-county, #3-state and #4-national. Municipal elections are the Club’s primary focus.
